This site is a showcase for Vitória Marina Flats. We take your privacy seriously and collect as little as possible. Below we explain, in plain terms, what data is handled when you use the site.
What data we collect
Only what you type into the contact form yourself: the room type you are interested in, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and the name you provide. We do not ask for documents, email or payment details on this site.
How we use this data
These fields are used only to compose a pre-filled WhatsApp message that you choose to send to our team. The data is not saved on our own servers or in any database — it lives only in the conversation you start on WhatsApp.
WhatsApp and third parties
Once you continue the conversation, it takes place inside WhatsApp, operated by Meta and subject to Meta's own privacy policy. Any bookings made through Booking or Airbnb follow those platforms' policies.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only store your language preference in your browser's local storage, to remember it on your next visit. You can remove it by clearing your browser data.
Your rights (LGPD)
Under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data you have sent us. Since we do not store data on the site, simply contact us on WhatsApp for any request.
